DO NOT USE ARAMEX!!!

Wow the services is in the gutter, the worst phone interaction I have ever had with any business. I sent a package on the 11th of July going to kuruman, as soon as it arrived in Kimberly on the 12th it stopped updating the status when tracking. As I write this it is the 28th of July, I have called them numerous times trying to find out when the parcel would be delivered, I have been told that their 3rd party agent is the one that will deliver the package and when I am transferred to them I am promised that they will call me back but never do or they just flat out hang up on me. I never complain about anything, in fact this is the first time I post anything on Hello Peter, but if I could rate Aramex 0 stars I would, absolutely appalling.
