DO NOT USE ARAMEX!
I import goods from China and used Aramex for the first time as their prices are good (you get what you pay for) - my parcel was meant to take 5 days adn im sitting no on day 32... between the china shipping agent and themself it has become my job to run in-between them getting the right documents, i am extremely busy and surely this is their job to do? when i send i e-mail i never get a response and eventually have to phone i just to be told i need a new document which could have been communicated promptly. Next step is my attorney - at your expense Aramex!
