Do not trust your parcels with Aramex

If I could give Aramex a zero star I definitely would. I am so disappointed and I'm really unhappy, I would like people to see this and think twice about working with Aramex.

I placed an order with Shein on the 5th of October and it arrived in SA on the 12th of October. That's where the delay started, they requested custom payment and I did on the very same day they sent me the link, that was on the 15th of October. The package took forever to be picked up from the airport to the warehouse for delivery, it took approximately 2 weeks.

Long story short, the package was scheduled to be delivered last week Thursday the 28th of October, the drivers ran out of time, same thing happened on Friday, one thing about Aramex when you call they throw you around like a hot potato, they refer you to Tom, **** and Harry, and you'll never get a straight answer. I called on Monday to find our what's happening, I was told that I should give them my number and they will call me back and schedule a delivery date, they never did. Today I call them they put me on hold for a total of 30mins, then they tell me that their vehicle got hijacked on Friday! They never cared to let me know via phone call or via email, NOTHING!.

I asked them when they were planning to let me know and they told me that they only found out today. Then they told me that they recovered some of the items from the vehicle (Lies) and that if my parcel has not been recovered that they'll either refund me or they will repurchase my items from Shein or if my parcel has been recovered then they will deliver it. They only had one job and that's to deliver my parcel, that's it.

My frustration is immeasurable honestly, all they'll do is sing their favourite songs "I'm sorry" "we understand your frustration" "we will investigate", I'm probably asking them to look for a needle in a haystack, because wow! Wow!

So ladies and gents, this is a warning, learn from my experience and never trust your parcels with Aramex, because they definitely excel in disappointment, they get a 5 star on that.
