Do not trust this ******** company

So I sent a package at Pick and Pay in Carlton Center now Aramex is calling me telling me that my clients parcel is lost. What is really going on? So Aramex is a ******** company that *****s our goods, now who must refund the parcel worth R3000? I trusted Aramex and Pick and Pay with my parcel but no they had to rob me R3000 who should be held accountable for the missing parcel? Now I have to refund my client R3000, this is unfair. Do not use Aramex it's nothing but a **** be warned
