Do not expect service! Not a trustworthy company.

Aramex clearly states that collection of packages are done from 15h00. I delivered my package for the following day delivery at 14:40, just to be told by the staff working at the Fresh Stop where the collection bin was located, that they have already collected for the day. I immediately called the customer helpline and spoke to an agent, who just refused to do anything about it. I requested them to send the driver to collect as they had to only collect after 15h. I then asked her to put me through to her manager and she then put me on hold for 30 minutes, after which I hung up. I also tried the whatsapp contact line, but the same issue there - no response. Utterly disgusted at their attitude and poor customer service.
