Repeatedly communicated with them still no proper answer and issue remains unresolved. When you chat to support agents they only provide vague answers. You will be sent from pillar to post.

Dear Aramax,

I am appalled by your service and the undue delay in the delivery of my parcel.

I have been enquiring on the delivery of my parcel since the 10th of December 2021 and have been sent from pillar to post and have been met with vague answers and no clear indication as to when to expect the delivery of my parcel despite making it clear that same is URGENT!

I have contacted your client help services & have sent repeated messages on your client support portal and up until today have not received an ETA.

Needles to say my parcel has till not been delivered and I was planning on going on holiday on the 16th of December 2021, but due to your undue delay, had to change my plans in the hopes that my parcel be delivered in time.

As previously stated, I was planning on leaving the delivery address (71 South Road, Linden, Randburg, Johannesburg, 2195) soon to go on holiday in the Eastern Cape and required the parcel as it contains my entire family's Christmas gifts but had to postpone my plans due to non-delivery.

On 14 December 2021 one of your support staff (Juan) said "i will advise the custom teams to ensure shipment is manifested to Aramex ASAP" - Nothing has been done!

I then enquire on my parcel again and get through to an unprofessional Mbali who not only took an hour and twenty minutes to respond to my query and me having to send repeated messages in order for her to eventually respond, but also closed the conversation right after she responded, therefore forcing me to go through the entire process again to be allocated to a support staff member for assistance.

Your urgent response will be greatly appreciated!!!!
