Do not even try to use this "service"

I will never use their "service" for my business again. It has been 10 days since I sent a parcel which they promise delivery between overnight and 72 hours. No phone number to enquire, their tracking system doesnt work at all (mobile one) and there is just no way to even follow up on the parcel. I can now just assume that they lost this parcel. I have been using Aramex for the past 3 years and the last two weeks have been the worst experience ever.
