Do away with call centers Aramex!

I have an order which I have been waiting for since Monday. It was meant to be for overnight delivery however it was not delivered.

I tried calling the branch where it is to be delivered from several times and I kept getting put on hold. The one time that I did get through, I was told that the area is an undeliverable area, which surprises me since it’s a Hospital. The agent promised to call me back in a few minutes but never did.

Still have not received my parcel and I am absolutely disappointed with the service, especially in the Durban Area because I have used the PMB area one and have never had problems before.
