Disturbing the peace

Upon arriving at my gate the delivery driver promptly refused to phone the number on the delivery package and proceeded to lean on hir cars hooter until someone arrived to open the gate. No phone call or even a please call me just plain hooting and shouting whole standing on his cars bonnet. When asked why he didn’t simply phone to let me know he was at the gate he rep**** that he had no airtime. Please ensure that your employees have sufficient airtime to phone your clients when delivering goods.
