Dissatisfied AGAIN!!

There is no way. Literally no communication from aramex. Can you believe Amazon had 'out for delivery', Aramex said 'still in Polokwane'. A few hours later, 'delivery attempt failed'. I was not called. The driver did not come. This is the second time aramex is starting things. They have no call center. Trying to get a hold of them on WhatsApp, you'll receive a message 8 hours later and then consultant is not even on the line anymore. I really don't understand why Amazon moves with this unprofessional company,its very frustrating.
