Dissappointed Customer

The most aweful customer service ever. I was suppose to recieve my order from Solomon on Monday, 14th Sept. Nothing arrived. I called, and was advised that the correct address, which i provided last Friday was only updated on their system on Monday. So i will reveive my order today, 15th Sept. I got an an sms and whatsapp message to say delivery will be done today, anytime from 8am to 6pm. Guess what, nothing arrived, not even a message or call to give me an update or feedback. I am very dissappointed with Aramex's customer service & delivery of my order.
