DISSAPOINTMENT ARAMAX & HIFI CORP

Good Day Everybody, hope you all are well. I just want to share my experience with Aramax and Hi-Fi Corp, I ordered a PS5 remote from Hifi Corp Online on the 16-12-2025, Aramax picked up the parcel from Hifi Corp Kimberley on the 18-12-2025 and took it to JHB,I don't know why, because I live in Upington in the Northen Cape, I jave phoned Aramex numerous times and asked about my parcel but they could not give me clear answers as to when I will receive my parcel, on the 23-12-2025 Aramex JHB call me to ask my address again for confirmation and I gave them the address and they said, "Oh, so you don't live in Welkom"? And I said , no, I live in Upington in the Northen Cape, and she said oky sorry we made a mistake so I asked again so when will I get my parcel and she couldnt tell me I have logged a complain with Hifi Corp aswell and they have not responded, it is now the 29-12-2025 and I am still waiting for my parcel!! I phoned Aramex again on the 27-12-2025 and the lady could not tell me when I will receive my parcel, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen from both companies I am truely disgusted and dissapointed, I dont know for how long I must wait for something that has been paid for.
