Dissapointing service and lost parcel.

I have used store to door multiple times and the last parcel i sent has not been delivered yet. I created the order on the 7th of may 2026 and today is the 15th and the parcel is still not delivered. On the 12th it was already delayed and they said 72 hrs. Now they say 48 hrs after the 72 hrs has passed. Now i have lost R500 moneys worth what was in that parcel. And had to pay R99 for the delivery and cant be answered or assisted properly by an agent. Very disappointing service from them. Definitely going to take this further legally
