dissapointing service

I have bought a few baby items from babies r us, received a email to say my parcel was delivered,only to find out ,it was delivered to the wrong address, did not receive a message as courier companies normally send one before delivery,, i messaged aremax only to be asked if I added the correct address, the starnger who signed for my parcel brought it to my house, box thorn open ,one of the items had damaged packaging, the person stated he thought it was his mom's and he opened it, I informed aremax and all I got was they will look into it,weeks later still no response or anything, I want to buy more items online for my baby but to scared this will happen again
