Dissapointed is a understatement

If it was possible at all I would have given a 0. Service was horrific, the delivery was not as per the tracker, they made me wait for 4hours for a delivery that was dispatched, I spoke to numerous people and it was stated that the delivery will be that day and the package never arrived, I took the time to change the delivery address and that was also a waste of breath, The next day they showed up to the wrong address. Not sure why they have customer services as they are a waste of time as none of them actually assisted me. I would not recommend Aramex to anyone as a courier service.
