Dissapointed in aramex

Im so disappointed in their service, you call them they keep you on hold listening to random music u did not ask for, they dont pick your calls, and when they do , they tell you that they dont know wat you are saying, a friend of mine sent a document for me from Durban on the 7th i try to track it with no lucky , when I called them for hel and gave them the tracking number they said its not picking up in their system, they are not proffessinal when it comes to assisting customers, they dont call you back , im so hurt that they dnt even care wat you have lost or find a way to help u get wat you lost through them, tmy friend sent this parcel through Engin garage northcoast durban and all they told me was go back to the garage woooow
