DISSAPOINTED.........

It is my first time using this courier company, an it left a real bad taste in my mouth!!!! I had placed my parcel in one of their drop off boxes situated at Flora Center PNP on Sunday 21/03/2021, i expected collection to be executed on Tuesday 23/03/2021 due to Monday being a public holiday. We are siting on Wednesday afternoon and they have still not collected the parcel!!!!!!, my client was expecting delivery tomorrow, and now threatens to cancel the order as the goods were required for Thursday 25/03/2021 and not thereafter. I have to express that i am definately not impressed with the services rendered and will definately not consider using aramex in the future and would also not recommend them, if they are the course of me losing a valuable client.
