Dissapointed

Poor service delivery today I'm celebrating my daughter's birthday without outfit, present and deco I've been calling them saying my parcel will be delivered onthe 15th called again onthe 15th still I was told my parcel will be delivered onthe day their deliveries end at 17:00 we waited and still nothing now there's no point in delivering coz birthday celebration is today what a waste of time and money, I've worked with other service provider before I never received such awful service and poor service delivery. If you know what's good for you never use aramex you'll be dissapointed and dissapoint those you love and care about
