Dissapointed

1st delivery was perfect.2nd delivery was delivered at offices nearby my home and driver failed to inform me,also did not get sms from Arame,2days later after I enquired delivery I was informed by aramex that delivery was 2 days ago at offices nearby.3rd delivery a desaster.i have 1 order,wrapped individualy into 3 parcels.sent and received by aramex on same date.only 1 parcel were delivered on 15 Oct.As from there according to their online tracking my parcel 2 and 3 is as follows: 17 October Sandton shipment update 18 October Sandton Cleared and shipped 19 October AGAIN sandton shipment update 20 October Sandton.departed 21 October arrived in Witbank 23 October 8:38 Witbank forwarded to delivery adress 23 October 11:40 AGAIN Sandton shipment update Its been at Sandton for shipment update 3 times already,being shipped from Sandton to Witbank and back to Sandton again,meanwhile delivery adress is in Piet Retief.

Contacted customer service via email,but the only assistance I get is a message saying "delivery will be made after process",zero update on why they did not all arrive on the 15th with the other parcel,no update on where parcels actualy is,no update to why its being send up and down between witbank and sandton back and forth,no update on actual delivery date.

Then contacted the whatsapp customer service line,after waiting 7 hours for a responce,got a reply after 7hours saying "please resend enquiry",i did so immediatly and got responce back saying the parcels arrived in Witbank today (23 October 16:30) and will be forwarded for delivery,I rep**** again explaining that tracking showed arrived in Witbank on 21Oct already and send back to Sandton on 23 October,then got ignored again with no responce.

Untill now,day10,shipment is still going back and forth between sandton and witbank according to tracking,but still no accurate update or help from any customer service line.very dissapointed,and just wondering if the delivery will ever be made and if so,where and when.
