Disorganized logistics company

The service from Aramex is appalling. I placed an order with Freedom Movement and they shipped my order with Aramex. When my order was supposed to be delivered I did not get a notification and subsequently no one was home to receive the order. The order was then scheduled the following day but the driver did not call me and it was another missed delivery. I asked that the delivery be done the following day and made plans to be home for the delivery. I did not receive a call yet again and when I enquired where my delivery was they said I did not answer yet again, I asked when they called and they could not give me an answer. I then asked for the address where I could pick up my order and they gave me their address in Linbro Park. When I made way to Linbro Park, all the way from Pretoria, I was then told my package is in Silverton. This is so annoying and not professional at all.
