Dismal service and zero communication & updates

If you value communication and good service, please avoid Aramex for international shipments! They don't communicate, reply to emails and take forever to get things done. I constantly and daily have reached out to get my outstanding delivery sorted out, but the weeks drag on. Only their international Facebook page/contact gets back to me and makes empty promises / unfortunately let down by their local SA operation. Dismal.
