Dishonest tracking updates and zero delivery attempt

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the delivery of my order. Although the parcel was 'out for delivery' at 7:52 am, the tracking now shows false updates claiming my phone went to voicemail and later that I was 'available,' despite me being home all day with no missed calls. Because of these inaccuracies and the upcoming public holidays, my delivery is now delayed. I strongly urge you to consider using a different courier service, as Aramex SA has proven to be unreliable.
