Dishonest Aramex

Simple matter, I have 2 items that Aramex had to deliver in the lats 10 days. 2 Separate orders, both times a delivery date was indicated, both times the delivery date was missed, with the following reply. "Attempted delivery - customer not available - delivery rescheduled". Both times I was at home, I happen to live in a estate with 24/7 guards that will phone me if they are at the gate, no such call was received, I also have an motion detection (Video) alarm bell, that did not trigger or ring. This company has staff that blatantly lie, they do nothing about it, and obviously its impossible to get someone on the phone now.
