Disheartened

Today I spent at total of 1 hour, 1 minute and 9 seconds trying to get assistance from the aramex customer service line. That's a total of 11 calls. Most weren't even answered.

I am simply waiting for an invoice so that I can pay for my shipment that's at customs. This is the 4th day that it's been held at customs.

Even writing this review, I know that it is pointless because Aramex does not seem to care. There are so many bad reviews online with no response from them.

Stops clerk in charge of my shipment is also ignoring calls repeatly.
