Disgusting service, zero feedback

I waited almost an hour just to buy the bag at Shoprite Kenilworth. Eventually got the bag around 19h15 and there was a power failure at the shop and bag was dropped off in the box.

To date no updates on the site, no feedback via the Twitter, WhatsApp platforms.

This is the second time I am getting disgusting service from Aramex as last year October the parcel left JNB to PE then back to JNB and eventually reached PE after a whole 10 days?????
