Disgusting service once again

I am extremely itked at the poor service I constantly receive from Aramex -i have sent numerous whatsapp queries and only to be told that my parcel would take 72 hours , i sent this parcel on Saturday and today im told i did not note a clear address - if that were the case then why was I not notified , secondly nothing of the address has changed since the time i noted on the system -i need this parcel to be delivered to my client today ,its been 6 full days
