Disgusting service from Aramex

The most atrocious service I’ve ever experienced in my life, a parcel was sent to me from kzn on the 25th of April (the sender paid extra for it to be over night) I was meant to receive my parcel in jhb on the 26th and I am yet to receive my parcel. When I try call the call centre I’m sent from pillar to post, given different numbers to call. Aramex clients such a post net should really consider using other service providers because they get dragged down the mud with Aramex incompetence.
