DISGUSTING SERVICE FOR ***

The level of service from you gust is absolutely disgusting!! a parcel has been with you guys since the 27th, it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th and when i called your contact center at 12;00 i was told it would be delivered at 15:15 AND NOW ITS THE 31ST AND parcel is still not delivered, apparently the driver took back the parcel to your warehouse, WHY I don't know and no one does, ive been on the line for 2 days straight with your consultants and NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING
