Disgusting service!!!

Aramex is the worst and I hope no one ever uses it. Paid for my tarriffs and duties on their Peach payment system then I was told that my order number is not the same as the one I referenced when I was paying..the references number they were refering to is a reference number their system generated...they had the audacity to say I need to pay again for an error they made.

This is for an order from Shein and my parcel arrived at their Sandton warehouse on 09 August 2022 today is 19 August 2022.
