Disgusting service

A 1 star is too much for the kind of service received. What’s worse is the lack of urgency. I am very disgusted by their non responsiveness and unwillingness to assist. Calls go unanswered. Inquiries are not responded to. My package was scheduled to be delivered on the 6th to this day. No one even bothers to tell me what’s going on. Instead they sound like you are bothering them. One call centre agent told me it doesn’t matter how many times I am gonna call them, I will not receive my package the next day, but still could not say when I will receive it. I will happily participate in a petition to have it closed. We don’t deserve such a service provider in this country. It’s bad for business.
