Disgusting service

Stop advertising incorrectly.. A parcel was sent to me in the 25th Oct at 2.31am .. its now 5days later i never recieved this parcel .. it was such an urgent delivery marked for Overnight .. I contacted the Depot in Johannesburg spoke to a few people on Saturday the 26th Oct. No one could assist in locating this parcel which was needed for sunday 27th Oct .. this is a small parcel that was sent .. I then recieved a phone call from Karabo saying he could not allocate my shipment.. Its lost in transit.. my Ref number is DBP***. My company & my husbands company delays wit Aramex Courier not small parcels but huge expensive shipments in and out of South Africa and locally.. I would Like to take this incident up with the company's stating what happned to my small parcel because in future we can't let this happen to our expensive premier stuff from other customers..
