Disgusting service. Continuous lies. Still waiting for an overnight delivery a week and a half later

Absolutely disgusting service. Have been waiting waiting for a week and a half for a package that was shipped by overnight shipping from Centurion to Edenvale. Have tried calling numerous times, have gotten replies including “Someone will call you shortly”, “The driver will contact you shortly”, “The driver will be instructed to deliver the package today even if it is after hours”, “Someone will contact you to arrange to meet the driver at the warehouse to collect the package” and “your package will be added to the night shift and delivered this evening between 6 and 8”. What I haven’t gotten is my package. I’m still waiting. O, and at least on 3 occasions I’ve been told that my previous case has been marked as resolved. Shame on you Aramex. And shame on any business that continuous using Aramex for their deliveries, especially the ones that are well aware of how ********** their service is.
