Disgusting service by Aramex

My package was delivered with Aramex, and their truck was hijacked on Monday. It is appalling that Aramex did not communicate anything until I followed up with them this morning. Had I not contacted them, when was I going to know? Do they understand the inconvenience caused, all items that I was going on a vacation with were ******, and the only thing they do is give me a case number. To do what with it?
