Disgusting service!!!

I signed to accept the conditions on your way bill. You say "delivery will be by 17h00 the following business day". If I have to sign acceptance of your conditions, why can't you adhere to them??? "The driver ran out of time yesterday" is NOT an acceptable answer. Why then was my parcel not first on the list this morning??? Now you tell me that Morningside / Sandton is an "outlying area". Never again!
