Disgusting service

After a month, empty promises about investigating and getting back to us, still nothing. It's MEDICAL SUPPLIES FIR ASTHMA Medication. No excuses even supp**** just we will investigate and get back to us. One person told us it would be delivered yesterday still nothing. They don't answer their phones and you hang on until you run out of airtime. Twice already. What must we do now? No wonder only 1.8 put 19 rating. So far not one positive response by a single client. I'm beyond furious.
