Disgusting service!

Terrible service!!!! So so annoyed with Aramex and their *********** CS agents. I was assisted by Andre, or should I say not assisted at all as he was rude, didn’t help me at all. Refused to give me a call or give me any number to call to get help. Spent hours on the chat and on hold and got no assistance whatsoever. Andre- go find another job because u have no idea what customer service is about! Will never use Aramex again
