Disgusting Service

I receive a sms in the morning to be told that my package is on its way. Yet before the package arrived in receive no communication as to where the driver is. Or better yet call when you on your way to alert me. I then receive a call from my complex saying he is there. The driver don't call nothing. Advise him that I am 15 minutes away and I will be there. He turns around and tell me he has alot of packages to deliver. Whose problem is that? If he phoned prior to arriving at my complex maybe he would not have to wait. I am really disgusted with your service. Better ensure that my package is delivered to me by no later than 5pm. And he will deliver my package at my workplace cause I don't have time to be driving up and down. Your service is pathetic honestly.
