Disgusting service.

On the 28th Oct I sent out a parcel. Till this day the unit hasn't left the warehouse, when I call the head office, I was told tk track the unit on the website. I get there and the last update was on the 29th.... So I called again only to be told that they don't have enough drivers and there's nothing they can do. Il just have to wait..... They sell us the idea of a great service " 48-72 hours delivery" soon as Pay they careless what happens after..... They have no customers service what so ever. Do not use Aramex!!!
