Disgusting service

I sent a parcel on Tuesday, they said they delivered it today but they didn't. I've sent a million texts to their Facebook page and they stopped responding when I advised that the parcel was not delivered. I spoke to Rebecca who advised that the parcel was delivered but it was not delivered. I'm so frustrated and sad 😔 hope no one ever has to deal with this *********** company
