Disgusting Service

I am absolutely disgusted by the person Dalmyn who answers the phone at Aramex Kimberley Office, she is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Aramex made an error by delivering the package to the wrong town and when Aramex Kimberley was contacted this lack of manners person answered the phone with so much of arrogance and attitude it was unbelievable. I Requested the managers number and I believe she gave me the wrong number. Its absolutely pathetic that people of this low standards are given jobs in such professional titles. Just extremely disgusted.
