Disgusting service!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Aramex has an utterly disgusting service. I waited a month for my parcel. After being exploited R2600 in Customs clearance. After the long wait, the delivery guy calls me today to go fetch my parcel at a destination that is 65.3km from where my parcel should be delivered(be cause I live at an outlying area). And mind you, during the wait no one communicates with you and there are no proper updates on the site. I don’t know how many “72 hours” I’ve waited, as every agent I talked to said to me wait 72 hours. 😭😭😭 my parcel is still not delivered as I still need to make a plan to go fetch it at the wrong destination.
