Disgusting service

Service is atrocious. They have no idea what customer service is. I have been waiting for my parcel since the 25th of October and I still have not received it. Today is the 15th of November. Every time I speak to consultant all they say is that they have escalated the matter. I will never use Aramex in my life again. A bunch of *********** employees.
