DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM

Super disappointed in their lack of service delivery and customer service. Dropped off the package on Thursday evening for overnight to Cape Town and ensured that my contact details (cellular and email) were recorded as well as the cellular and email of the recipient. Well package is STILL not delivered now 6 days later and no call or email to me or recipient to advise they messed up and failed us and to apologise or at least state when this OVERNIGHT package might be delivered sometime in 2019...super disgusted!!! Log a complaint on their website and you get a reference number like JNB/1019/261 and says you will get an email regarding your "service request" it wast a service request it was a freaken complaint!!!!
