Disgusting *********** service received

Very *********** service received regarding a local delivery that should not have taken more than 3 days, I reported the incorrect address issue on 29 July and from then my parcel has been floating in the middle of nowhere until Friday the agent calls to ask me if I live in Alex the township when the address clearly states Alexander Avenue, Fourways. Very disappointed I still don’t have my parcel that I ordered for an event a week ago. Tracking number ***. Also very *********** agents I’ve dealt with who tell me they are updating my address each time I call.
