Disgusting customer service

Disgusting service or lack of service From 30/07/2020 until 06/08/2020 -envelope for final destination not yet delivered Imagine if they have to deliver something in USA - probably deliver next year I will never use this service ever again As for the call centre staff at Riverhorse Valley - they need to go on customer service training course. "delight your customers"by providing a service which they paid for. In my opinion - useless lot
