Disgusting customer service

I called Aramex for more than 30minutes no answer from their customer service department, I listened to their recordings for 30 minutes. What a waste of my airtime. Whilst holding there is no recording or notification that notifies you of their turn around time in answering their calls. One of my clients sent a returning parcel to Aramex in December not once has anyone called me to tell me the parcel has arrived hence I called today only to get even poorer service. I am disgusted by the customer service given by this company. Time has been wasted waiting for the parcel and now they waste my airtime trying to call them
