Disgusting customer service

Absolutely apalled by the service DELIVERY. Could not be more disgusted and disappointed but unfortunately the company that u purchase from internationally continues to use aramex. MY shipment arrived in south Africa a month ago but yet has not been released they keep saying its at custom clearance or port inspection it's went from custom clearance to port inspection to go back to custom clearance. I've repeatedly called and emailed all they say repeatedly is sorry for the delayed response no concrete time line or information. They emailed me very promptly when requesting the payment for duties and customs which I readily paid and provided proof of payment for. It's really disgusting to receive such service.
