Disgusting courier service. DO NOT USE

I have never come across such an unprofessional courier. I have been expecting a deliver since last week Friday, 12 June 2020, I waited all day, nothing came, on Saturday I tracked the order and they said it would be Out for deliver on Monday. Monday morning I received notification from the online site that I made a purchase from saying that my parcel is out for delivery. I once again waited all day for delivery ...none came. I tracked my delivery status this morning and it says an Attempted delivery was made but no one was home at 17.22. Believe me I was home...WAITING. There was no new date given for delivery and I cannot spend every day home waiting. I have been phoning Aramex call centre and I either get hung up on immediately or wait on the line for 10min and THEN get hung up on with no one ever answering a phone. I just want to know when my package is being delivered so someone can be home to collect it. Highly upset with this professional service
