DISGUSTING COURIER COMPANY!

I wish it were possible to give 0 stars. whatever you, do not use Aramex!!!! when they say they will give you a call...make peace with the fact that they will never call you back. my shipment has been with them for about 8 days now but I am still waiting and their excuse is " Insufficient address/phone number/no one at home." I gave them a call and the lady confirmed that my address was wrong, How could it be wrong, what was i supposed to write because that is exactly where I stay? I am so disgusted and infuriated. Useless courier company... USELESS AND DISGUSTING!
