Disgusting courier company

Bad service I've ever experienced with this courier company. My parcel was sent out last week Friday from Cape Town up to date I haven't received my parcel, I called Aramex Pretoria and I was given this number *** which I waited over 60 minutes and I was never assisted, been tracking the parcel and it kept on saying in transit since from Monday,poor service and also disgusting courier company I'm never ever gonna use it anymore. Should my parcel be lost you are going to pay
